Flag Football is the sport of American Football without contact, where instead of tackling one another, you pull their flag, it is where creativity and quick-mindedness come into play to get the ball into the end-zone without getting your flag pulled. It can be played as a 7v7 or 5v5 depending on what tournaments you are playing in, anyone can play at any age and the possibilities are endless to figure out how to move across the field and score. The main purpose is to score as many points as possible to win. A touchdown is 6 points, when you get the ball into the endzone and score. There is an opportunity for an extra point with 5 yards away from the end-zone or 2 extra points starting 10 yards away from the end-zone. A pick-6 also counts as 6 points, and a "safety" is 3 points.
