Offensive Rules
- The Quarterback can run with the ball if they see a better chance of more yards instead of throwing it.
- Only one forward pass per play is allowed
- The Quarterback has 7 seconds to get the ball out of their hands
- The ball is not playable if it hits the ground - whoever has the ball in their hand gets their flag pulled - if the ball carrier body, other than their feet and hands touches the fields - or if whoever is running with the ball steps out of bounds.
- If there is an offensive flag penalty there will be a punishment for a loss of yardage and a down.
Defensive Rules
- The defender cannot pull an offender's flag before the ball is caught otherwise it will be called an interference towards the defender.
- All defenders must stand behind the line of scrimmage before the ball is hiked
- Linebackers and Corners can stand as close to the line of scrimmage as possible
- Any interceptions can be returned for a Pick-6
- Any defensive flag penalties will result in an automatic first down
