The Quarterback can run with the ball if they see a better chance of more yards instead of throwing it.
Only one forward pass per play is allowed
The Quarterback has 7 seconds to get the ball out of their hands
The ball is not playable if it hits the ground - whoever has the ball in their hand gets their flag pulled - if the ball carrier body, other than their feet and hands touches the fields - or if whoever is running with the ball steps out of bounds.
If there is an offensive flag penalty there will be a punishment for a loss of yardage and a down.
Defensive Rules
The defender cannot pull an offender's flag before the ball is caught otherwise it will be called an interference towards the defender.
All defenders must stand behind the line of scrimmage before the ball is hiked
Linebackers and Corners can stand as close to the line of scrimmage as possible
Any interceptions can be returned for a Pick-6
Any defensive flag penalties will result in an automatic first down
